Acceptance of Terms

By using Bloom, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app or our services.

Bloom reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of those updates.

Use of Services

Bloom is designed to help users better understand their skin through analysis, insights, and personalized recommendations.

You agree to use Bloom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Misuse of the app — including unauthorized access, reverse engineering, hacking, data scraping, or use for commercial or medical diagnosis purposes — is strictly prohibited.

Skin Scan and Data Processing

By performing a skin scan within the Bloom app, you consent to Bloom capturing and processing facial images for the purpose of generating a skin analysis.

To perform the skin analysis, facial images captured during the scan are securely transmitted to Haut.AI, a dermatological AI technology provider located in Estonia, European Union.

Haut.AI processes these images solely for the purpose of generating skin analysis results such as indicators related to acne, wrinkles, pores, pigmentation, hydration, and other visible skin characteristics.

Haut.AI does not perform facial recognition and does not attempt to identify the user.

The images are transmitted using secure encrypted connections and are processed only for the duration necessary to generate the analysis results.

Only the resulting skin analysis metrics are returned to Bloom and displayed to the user. These results are presented in a way that does not personally identify the user.

Haut.AI operates under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and complies with applicable GDPR data protection regulations.

Bloom may store the analysis results generated from skin scans to allow users to track their skin progress over time and receive personalized insights.

Users may request the deletion of their scan results at any time by contacting our support team as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that all information you provide, including your skin scans, is accurate and owned by you. You must notify Bloom immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breaches related to your account.

Bloom will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to properly safeguard your account information.

Accuracy of Information

While Bloom aims to offer reliable skin insights and recommendations, the information provided is for personal and educational purposes only and should not replace professional dermatological advice.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or medical validity of the information presented in the app.

Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, algorithms, trademarks, and features within Bloom — including but not limited to the AI skin analysis technology — are the exclusive property of Bloom.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the app is prohibited.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. Bloom complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, and protect your personal and biometric data.

Termination of Services

Bloom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without prior notice. This may occur if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior, or if we determine that suspension is necessary for reasons related to maintenance, security, or legal compliance.

In the event of termination, your right to use Bloom will end immediately. However, you may contact us to request the permanent deletion of any data stored under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Bloom is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions or errors.

Bloom and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including reliance on its results or recommendations.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Bloom offers the following subscription plans that provide unlimited access to premium features and personalized insights:

Monthly Plan – $19.99 USD per month (auto-renewable)

Yearly Plan – $99.99 USD per year (auto-renewable, save 50%)

Lifetime Plan – $179.99 USD one-time payment (non-renewable, permanent access)

Auto-Renewal:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Your Bloom Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

If you cancel, you’ll retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of any subscription term.
